Now what ? Lists ...

Well - it has been a most interesting month. Visits from my parents interspersed with sick + dying parent combined with the family stresses that go along with grief - throw in an Iraq deployment and a reasonably postponed vacation make me relieved that the month has come and gone.

So now, what? Nothing... we're doing absolutely nothing for 2 days.

It's not working - I'm not more relaxed.

One thing I've learned (again) over the last month is that life is short, eat dessert first. We need to take off - we need to sell everything and sail away. So obviously Lists.. I need to make lists.
  • What is our timeline?
  • What do we need to sell?
  • What do we want to keep?
  • Do the kids want any of the stuff?
  • How do I get rid of obligations?
  • How fast can we do this?
  • What do we need to do to the house?
  • Can I lose that last 40 lbs before we go?
Now I need to actually do something.
